The Village & Town of Bloomfield will begin a contract with Johns Disposal Service for curbside collection. Johns is a local family owned and operated hauler who has provided collection services in SE Wisconsin for over 50 years. If you have questions, please reach out to John's at 262-473-4700.

Bloomfield is a recipient of the DNR recycling grant. This grant is directly affected by recyclables. The more residents recycle, the larger the grant dollars.
What is E-Cycle?Wisconsin’s electronics recycling law establishes a statewide recycling program administered by the Department of Natural Resources (DNR). The program, called E-Cycle Wisconsin, puts in place a system to collect and recycle discarded electronics from Wisconsin households, K-12 public schools and Parental Choice Program schools.

NO DUMPSTER DAYS IN 2023
Garbage pick-up is every week, recycling pick-up is every other week.
Arrangements need to be made for bulk pick-up.
Bloomfield contracts with Advanced Disposal now Green for Life (GFL) for curbside garbage and recycling collection. Each improved residential property is furnished with one garbage can and one recycling can. Special charges for these services are collected with property taxes. For more information about services, please contact GFL at 1 (800) 248-2373.

Location: Wastewater Treatment Facility N1183 County Road U
Household/residential waste only. No commercial dumping. Attendant on site.
BLOOMFIELD RESIDENTS ONLY
**NO CONTRACTORS ALLOWED
The following items are NOT allowed:
NO yard waste
NO hazardous materials which include paint, paint thinner, pesticides, etc.
NO tires
NO large chunks of concrete
NO recreational vehicles/boats or trailers
