2024 Roads Program
Tombeau Rd and Circle Dr will start road work Monday, August 19th and should be completed by Saturday, August 24th. Tombeau Rd and Circle Dr will be accessible throughout the week.
Clover Road - Sealcoating will start Monday, August 19th and should be completed by Tuesday, August 20th. Clover Road will be closed during sealcoating.
The Village and Town is made up of 83.96 miles.
The Highway Department is responsible for the routine maintenance and repair of the Village and Town owned pavements and surface infrastructure within the street right-of-way, with the exception of those maintained by the County or State. The Department has responsibility for the following:
- Managing the construction of roads projects.
- Maintaining a system of records and maps.
- Coordinating with other public utilities operating within our street right-of-way.
- Snow and ice control
- Mowing of municipal owned land
- Maintenance of traffic signs
